When I answered this on cell phone , recording says " thank you for calling please wait for rep . I hung up and blocked

I got the call from this number, i said hello, it was dead air. sat on the phone for 20 more seconds, said hello again and hung up. Then went back to watching tv.

Same thing, dead air like 5 times and they called me back a bunch of times later. No mesage

I've gotten 11 calls from this number, back to back! It hangs up after I say "hello"; they don't leave a message or respond. It's weird and suspicious.
