Called and left no message. Caller id said Miami FL. Probably just another scammer.

Yup. Got the same thing except it said this number not in service.

Called at 8PM. No message left. CID read Cell Phone FL.

I have noticed that there are new numbers coming up---So all previously blocked numbers are now useless

Received two calls from this number, and it was a woman with a foreign accent (like you get when you call one of our infamous international customer service call centers), and from the few words I was able to make out, I'm thinking she was selling solar panels.
