I've been called from this number and several other numbers all week long. This has actually been happening since December. I plan to file a police report and give all phone numbers to the state fraud division.
I just got a call from this number and they claimed they wanted to talk to Brian Fowler or something like that. I've gotten numerous phone calls before for this guy, but this is the first time from this number I think. If I find out, I'll have their [***] prosecuted.
i got a call form this stupid company asking for bernida jackson and that they were letting me know that they will perceed legal action against me because i am her, even though i have had the same phone number with verizon for over 10 years and have no debt and have told them that i am not her. they r stupid and wheni find out who they are i plan on suing as well
You cannot prosecute until a pattern of harassment has been established. If you have already told them you do not know the person they are looking for, you may need to send a "cease and desist" letter Certified, Return Receipt. If they continue to call after that, then you can sue. Good luck getting the name and address of the company to send your letter or to serve them with a lawsuit.
