Received a call from this #. There was no sound when I answered. Don't know who's calling. I called back twice 15 minutes after there call, no answer. Phone rang for awhile then it clicked and no sound after that.
This is a scam, it's been checked by my attorney. If you receive these calls, I suggest you check your credit report with all three credit agencies and put an alert on your SSN. As an entry states above, they claim to be from Houston Financial Services, and if you call the number that they give in the recording or stay on the line, they want you to confirm information they already have on you. They have my correct DOB and the last 4 digits of my SSN and ask me to confirm it (it is correct but I refuse to answer the question). I actually tried to give them the number for my accountant and attorney, and they hang up. I guess they didn't think they would actually steal info of someone in financial ruin. Joke is on you, scammers!
