Called my cell at 4:45 EST no message left-now blocked

CID said "Cellular Call".  Usually don't answer unless I recognize the number.  After saying hello, heard a faint beep and then a recorded message saying: "This is Ashley from Senior Care ...".   Hung up and on the list for blocking all of the 786 area code (Miami FL).
