Don't know who this is. Caller ID says "Unknown Name" - a Florida number. I have no contacts near Miami. I suspect a telemarketer or robocall. Earlier this day, another unknown caller rang my line. I routinely block these calls or let the answering machine get them. In this case, no one left a message indicating war dialer. I run a small, local business and deal almost exclusively with locals. I have been fighting this battle with unsolicited calls for the last two years. I've invested $100 in a call blocker plus and that has helped stop most of these. DoNotCall.gov is but a joke and I feel that the list I am on has been collected by the war dialers.
