Called and left voicemail and then said I was going to be served by my county if I di not pay 550 dollars from 2010. I told them I pay back my loans and hung up as they were rambling
got a call about check faud and said a complaint was filed against me at my local county court. The slim bucket even sounded somewhat professional but instead he is a pile of goat excrement hidden in a Kmart suit!
I recieved a call from a process server Scott as well today saying he is to serve me papers at work within the hour if I don't call this 786-270-2630 number to make other delivery arrangements....I don't want to call but don't want to be served at my place of employement either! Any help with this? Anyone been actually served paper work?
Received the same call on my voice mail after 5pm at my job (5/15) from a process server said his name was Anthony Philips from a courier service stating he was going to be at my job after 9am on 5/15, 5/16 (said 2 diferent dates) with a sheriff to serve me some papers. Wouldn't leave his number. said if I had any questions to call the 786 # (786-270-2630). have no idea who this company is.
