They are hiding themselves as being a survey. They offer you a gift (in my case a $100 Target Gift Card) and in exchange they ask you questions. They only asked me one (where could I save the most money) before I told them not to call me again and that I wasn't interested (already pissed me off). This was the third call they had made that day, plus the five they did yesterday.
i donot want these people calling my phone at all!! i dont know how they got my number but they call several times and hand up when i answer this is very annoying and inconvenient..
