I receive a call from them about once a week telling me I have a pending case in their office. I don't know who they are or what they want. They keep saying they have sent me emails about the bill (that I don't know about) and they refuse to give me information.
You can't go to jail for not paying a bill! Even though the bill isn't mine. These people need to find a real job!
The call and stated they are from this pre intervention trial your case is pending if we do not here from you today you and your attorney govern yourself accordingly. I receive calls from this number once a week. It is very annoying.
Ralph Matthews left a message saying he was with a pre intervention office and that if I did not contact them today, it would indicate I had waived my right to an attorney and my case would be submitted for processing.

Look up the other numbers. The script is similar. They are preparing to charge you for some felony charges. Supposedly you took out a payday loan years ago (likely you didn't, and/or it's a company you've never heard of). They want your attorney to call them, or you can pay them. However, if you ask where they are, or more specifics, they hang up. If you press, they occasionally become hostile. But, a couple times they've been "normal"....if by being "normal" you mean that they are sort of business-like and courteous while trying to scam you into paying for a debt that isn't yours by telling you they'll charge you with felony charges.
