Called my cell phone. I didn't know the number so I didn't answer it. Called the number back and all I got was a busy signal.

This Moron calls all the time saying I applied for a loan...It's a scam!!!

I got a call from this number and it was a guy with a heavy accent.  Told him I wasn't interested and hung up.  A few months ago I kept getting a call from a different number saying I owed them money because of a loan.  I wonder if it is the same person, but different phone number.  I believe it is a scam.

Keep getting calls from this number, will not leave a message, so I disregard it. After third call I block it from my phone.

I would've been very happy if I thought it was a telemarketer or bill collector.  This person wanted medical information about my cancer surgery that I had 10 years ago.  Spoke English ~ very deep accent ~ couldn't understand what info he wanted & why & finally told him to call my doctor for answers.  This is real scary ~ how could he possibly know about my health issues?
