They not only don't answer but I called them back. I did get on the phone with some one I told them, for the fifth time to stop calling. They only speak Spanish but they don't seem to understand what it means to never call back again. I told them in English, I told them in Spanish, I told them in German, and finally I told them in french to not call back and they didn't understand. In conclusion, the guy I was talking to was a jerk. He was the same guy I talked to the previous times but of course he had no "memory" as to who I was. I finally told him I was going to try to get a police report, but he made a good point as to the fact that even the police can't do much. I did call the 311 number available for help and sure enough, nothing can be done. Furthermore, make sure you are in the national do not call list. I even told the company I was in the national do not call list, yet there wasn't a care in the world for that. I asked them multiple time to talk to a manager but he did not understand. I regret doing this but at the same time I don't, after the fifth time I talk to them, I cursed at them multiple times in french. I guess they didn't know what I was saying but Im going to put their number up on Facebook so that as many people can complain about this company based in "Florida". If any one gets a call fro these people, expect more calls from them but do not be passive. Take a stand but filing a complaint on the national do not call list. My grandmother land line is the number in question and they have been harassing and bothering her since March and it is now June. She is older and is stressed out from the calls however the only form to communicate to her is via the land line which can't be taken out. Please don't be passive and take a stand!
