I used to work for a company like that. When u press 1 to speak to them, you are wasting your time arguing. You have no idea who or where they are. Let them go through their script. Ask buying questions and ask about upgrading. Then when they are salivating, hang up. Thats how you piss them off. Time is money in a phone room. You are keeping them from someone who may really buy. They will also be steaming all day and will throw off their day.
