I answered.
A recording came on. "Hello. This is "So and so" from the Special Promotions Department. Blah, blah, blah,..."
I pressed about ten random keys and a Indian/Pakistan/Afghanistan sounding guy answered.
I hung up.
Normally I stay on the line and try to sell them some pig manure then I question their heritage.
Most of the time they cuss me out and hang up.
When they do it makes my day.

I answered the phone but did not say "Hello". I waited for the other party to provide a greeting. After about 10 seconds I got a fast busy. They disconnected, which is an Abandoned Call.
With the Abandoned Call in hand, they get an FCC complaint.
