Caller's ID showed only a zero for the name ... Only a jerk would take the call ... rang 4 rings and went away.

I received a call stating they were an organization with local police looking for donations

I live in CT.  Why would I donate to a Police Unio fundraiser in Palmetto, FL?  I just answer then block because I do get calls from out of state.

This sounded almost like a robot voice.  Stated that they were collecting for a police organization (not PAL); when I said we donate directly to our local police department due to scams, the voice kept talking.  When I told them we were on the DNCL, it hung up.
