They called me...told me its criminal... equal to a digital check... said he couldnt send me the validation he only has an affidavit hes meduating (1st hes an investigator n switched to hes a mediator) I didnt pay n he calledn called n called
Same thing happened to me. The "investigator Sharon Dixon" told me to call her back immediately, she stated she has my social and name. This is a total scam. I've had these phone calls before. People these days, real hard for money and will break the law to get it. Don't fall for it.
His name was Sean Carter and he was very rude and said that they were investigators he tried to say that people like you fraud the loan company from which I could not find when I looked them up. He kept talking over me and would not give me information on the loan that was taken out.
I also got phone calls from "Sharon Dixon" but when I finally picked up her name was "Brittany Brown". Very nasty person claiming to be an investigator. When I asked for her to furnish documentation of the so called payday loan fraud, she refused and said either I can pay up in 24 hours or my case would be forwarded too prosecution. The part that really seemed odd was that they only received payments in money gram. Knew it was a scam then and hung up.
