keeps calling me - called me at 5:45am this morning

Got a call at 454am. Luckily my DND mode was on. YouMail caught a 3 second message something about "security department" called back got a voicemail that was full.

Same call asking for your 16 digit credit  card  #  stating someone is unauthorized  using card security dept calling

computerized voice left voicemail saying that they were Fifth Third Bank and our debit card has been blocked, to reactivate it, please press 1.  Yeah, I'll get right on that.

Scam call. Called at 0048 and left a VM telling me my 5/3 debit card was suspended due to suspected fraudulent activity. Just a scam to get people to input their CC#.
