Just got this call for the third time today,leave no message,just the damn nerve racking call.!!!!

Just got this call answered thinking it was my doctor no one spoke so I hung up

I got 7 calls in 3 hours finally answered and it was a foreign lady saying "I'm from the US Treasury Dept in Washington DC", yeah except your calling from FL. And I'm pretty sure the government doesn't outsource their jobs, and the treasury department isn't going to call you!! Idiots

Grant scams:

The government does not call people up and offer them free money because you paid your taxes on time, have never been arrested, have paid all your bills, or whatever excuse they can make up.  In order to get a grant you need a valid reason (not one of the above and not just because you need money), you have to fill out tons and tons of paperwork, wait a long time, and might not even get the grant in the end.
