Same thing. Asked about having some bladder surgery. Couldnt understand but asked if i had other surgery. Told lady i had not and she asked
"are u sure???". I then said what kind of surgery are u talking about??? At that point the ohone was disconnected
Called once and I didn't answer. Called back shortly after and I answered. Think was foreign and was very hard to understand. He said that they had records that I was taking a certain medicine (couldn't understand what kind he said). I said I was not and I asked where he got that information. Then he said I had a surgery. I said I have never had any surgery and I do not take any medicine. I then asked where he was getting that information and he hung up on me. Wish there was a way to get these idiots to stop calling!
