got call today also from " Kevin Mason " with Indian Accent ! left message saying exactly what others on this forum have said he is reading a script.
And the call is from a local number 786-358-0980 we should all call back at the same time load his system
Also got a call from Kevin Mason with the same message. An American accent. Received many calls from this #. This is the first time a message was left. The IRS know how to contact me if I have a problem. Definiately a scam!!!!
SCAM!! Same story as above. I called back, and played along. Got all the way to them asking for a MoneyGram for $7K. If I did not, they said I would be arrested within a half hour.
Have received several messages threatening action by the U S Treasury from Kevin Mason ( strong Indian accent). Finally, I called the # to stop harassment. He became very ugly and threatening to the point that I suffered severe chest pains and had to call my daughter to stop this. I tried to contact the IRS website but had no luck.
I received a call from his call from Kevin Mason at 786-358-0980. I determined it was a SCAM. No one from the Treasury Department would call and leave this type of very vague but threatening message. Do not respond!
