Okay so these people are fake and dangerous. Great. I finally was able to answer my phone in place of my grandma who has been buying these "prescriptions" from these people with her friend.
They call all the time. I have to listen to my grandma repeatedly answer the phone 3 times in 5 minutes just to tell them no.
They have been calling every day for about 2-3 weeks now. Today was different. Today they called 3 times to our business. Each time it was a different person. Mostly could barely speak english. I tried to level with him and tell him that 1, buying oxy over the phone without a prescription was illegal, and 2, that I'm sure he isn't in control of who he is calling, and that he is probably very nice but to please do what he can to take me off the list. He wouldn't admit anything and said 'no, these are stamped legitimately from the manufacturer in india' and then he had said 'Also, I never called you before'. Well, no [***], but your COMPANY is calling me every day. He then said 'how about you place an order and I will take you off the list'. Sounded a little more illegal than before and I told him so. He got snippy but I said 'I'm not mad at you, I just want you to please stop calling... I then asked if he was under duress and if he needed us to call the police (yes, some of that was to make my co-workers laugh) but he continued his sales pitch. It was super uncanny how no matter what, he would twist it in to trying to sell the product. Anyways, he wouldn't hang up (which leads me to believe he has no choice, like some telemarketing companies do to their employee's) so I finally hung up on him. Anyone have any good methods to screw with these people? Is there anything we can do besides block the number?
A drug dealer from India, persistent at asking if I need any medications and keeps calling back even when I tell him not interested. He offers Oxycodone etc.
