Troopers. They are paid by the state so not sure why they are asking for donations. I give them my husband's cell. They tell you they're recording the call. Again, WHY?

It's a telemarketer for FL Troopers... don't donate to them... 70-80% of what they take in pays for the telemarketers and Troopers get a pittance of it.

Research the telemarketer BEFORE donating!
