Who called from 7863589554

I called the number back and was given an option to be taken off their call list.  We'll see how well that works.

I called the number back and pressed 1 to be taken of their call list.

I had previously blocked this number using *60 and then following instructions.  It obviously didn't block them which means they are spoofing their phone number.

Keep getting calls from this number but the beauty of it is with my most favorite gadget to date (call blocker), it only comes up on caller ID if I want to retrieve it. Phone doesn't even ring any more. My new favorite toy just hangs up on them. But they do try to call almost daily. Obviously don't get the hint.

didn't answer, no message. Blocked them with my call blocker.

Caller ID said Exchangestudent  (sic).  I picked it up and a recording said Hi I'm Cathy... then I hung up.  Who is stupid enough to take in a stranger or give money based on a cold call?
