I keep getting these today from this area code and a 304 area code today and yesterday, they try every few minutes today from 786-373-3044 not anyone I know and tried to block from smart phone and somehow they are getting around it. They do not leave a message. Yesterday someone said something about applying for a loan, and another tried saying won a $50.00 gift card. Told them take me off calling list& hung up, they keep calling even when I am on the phone with someone I called or know, whether I am on a business call or personal. Very annoying!
You can file a complaint with your service provider and tell them this. There are also other free blocking programs available you can download. I don't know how many calls your allowed to block - sometimes there are limits. However, they should be able to block this number at their end for you as well.
Called an he told me my loan was approved, what loan? he said you did not apply for a loan I said no again. He said we could send you 3000.00 now by applying with him. I asked him how I was preapproved for a loan when he doesn't even know my name. He hung up.
