I just got the same text, called him when trying to figure out what he was talking about the guy got an attitude and told me I can deal with it in court. I think it may be a scam.
Received text today took up three screens stating that they were in forming me of lawsuit that is going to file and a warrant is also going to issue against my social Security number, so If I want to be on the safer side I need to call this Ryan Smith back as soon as I received this number , 786-375-9086 and look for Ryan Smith
I received the same as above. I am going to ignore it as this is not how they inform you that there is a lawsuit against your name. They do not warn you.
Received same text. They r starting there same B.S. Again. They must of figured they c/n get me to call by email so now they r going to harass me by text. They r absolutely nutts!
I have received 3 messages from them. They keep saying it is the final notice. The first date was back in December. I have gotten another one on February 19th and 2 of them again today. Not smart people.
