These are fraudulent calls probing for personal information by means of scaring their victims
They leave msg in my answering in English saying "this msg is for [a name similar to mine but not the same]. Your account is linked to [the name of a person with similar lastname to mine] and we have [this person]. You (I) need to call us to [1-800 number with extension] ASAP. If you (I) don't call us then you're incriminating yourself... etc" What a bunch of idiots!
Received a call (on my cellphone) at around 4:30PM from Homestead Florida.. I don't answer calls from numbers I don' recognize. So I blocked it. No problem. Solved!
