Son unos ladrones, quieren es intimidar a uyno que tendria que pagar mas de 3000 dolares por concepto de envio de la hot belt, Alguien me podria decir que mas debe uno hacer para cubrirse de eso? donde tengo que denunciar estos atocigamientos y robos?
The same thing you all have been going thru. They even told me that I have to present myself to the courthouse in Miami and that only then they will give me the evidence of what their claim is. I told them I don't owe anything and that they needed to provide evidence in advance. I was going to go buy with this I am not going down there to waste my time. Amazing how people have time and the heart to scam there own people out of money. Pretty amazing how desperate people are getting.
That isn't how the court system works. You don't get a phone call telling you that you have to go to court. You get served a complaint by a court approved server or by certified mail delivered by the post office. No need to go to court, since a simple phone call to the court clerk will tell you that there is no case and that these people are liars.
they call me two times already, and when I asked them who was they ignored me and just keep saying I owned money. i just yelled very loud (for the record) that I dint owed any money to anyone and hanged up!!!
