This caller only speaks Spanish.  He starts by saying he's trying to help and that your son was in a very serious car accident even though he doesn't know your son's name.  He later changes the story and says that your son crashed into his 8 year old nephew and they wanted him to help pay for the injuries. He says that your son refused so they beat him so badly that he's unconscious and if you don't pay, they will kill him. They play on your emotions so you don't think straight right away.  Once you start asking questions, they hang up but continue calling.
