Who called from 7864088263

No message tried ringing me from America and I'm in Australia

Three messages from this number at 2 AM at my office.  Same message each time which was gibberish.

In the middle of the night I got a call from this number. Location Florida according to my phone but I live in the Netherlands?

this number calls my office at 12:00am - 3:00am- 5:00 am, etc -- They leave a message repeating a 6-digit 'extension'?? today was '984509' - then saying - "HAPPY SNAPPY"!!!!!!

This is one of 4 calls from numbers that left the same 9 sec. messages on my cell phone on the same day, a series of numbers in Spanish. All 4 calls were 5 seconds apart. The other 3 numbers are 786-408-8362, 937-203-4486, 805-250-1351
