They called me stating that I owed $5000 and I will have a warrant for my arrest and there will be legal actions taken against me .

NOPE!!   You are not warned if a summons is coming AND you will not be arrested even if you did owe money.  IGNORE!!

A woman called and told me that a legal suit has been started against me and I should call Kevin Sencer (Spencer??) to get more details.  She gave me the above number to call.  786-410-0889

OMG I got the same message from a woman supposedly from U.S treasury that didn't even speak good english

Some foreign woman said she is from the U.S treasury. Really, U.S treasury hires foreigners to work for them?
