Today I received a call from this number. Was a woman and she ask for my entire name. The woman say something about an insurance company. I act like I didn't understood what she was saying and she said "Call us back when you have a chance" and she hang up. And yes I'm from Puerto Rico too.

I'm from P.R. too and I received a call twice today from that number. When I answer no one answers back. Maybe they are calling like a collect call to charge our phone companies.
