i got the same phone call. I told the girl I had never had a pay day loan and she said yes I had and I had closed my account before they could retrieve their money back. I asked for a date and account number which was unavailable. The arrest threats began. I laughed and td her to send the cops please because there is no debters prison.
This caller states she is Morgan Taylor, calling from a legal agent firm - regarding an open case and that involves my name and social security number, and that this is an urgent call; I need to reply to avoid action being taken against me. This is a scam caller in Florida. I have reported the number to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
