I've just begun receiving unsolicited calls from 786-423-xxxx numbers on my landline. Since Miami, Florida seems to be a national leader in scams and fraud, I suspect these calls are from a group practicing phishing and other forms of illegal activity. My number is a 786-423-xxxx number also. How do these lowlifes get our information?
