Who called from 7864291528

Called me, left no message, i called back  -- number is no longer in service        i just read yesterday about these scams, calling from other countries going thru a u.S. Area code --- scam!!!!!!

Got my first call from this number today - isn't there some way to block these calls??  I'm getting 15-20 per day from various numbers...

Has called 4 times in 24 hours and called on Thanksgiving. Don't answer and no message left. Hopefully it stops soon.

I answered and it was silent,  then a phone rang.  As I was hanging up he said hello, can you hear me and called me by my name. I hung up.  Called several times and never leaves a message. I did answer another time but couldn't understand him so I hung up.

Incredibly rude.  Wants to give me money I told him to please take me off the calling list. Is now calling multiple times throughout the day. When he called today I laughed and asked if he was seriously trying to solicit on thanksgiving day.  He laughed and said you are laughing at me? I am laughing at you!  And then he said he wanted to give me money. I seriously don't understand why they are even doing this. No one in their right mind would allow them to provide any service. these people have called me many times (especially in the morning) and it's pretty much harassment at this point. They sound like they are from Africa to me rather than India.
