I answered, recording stating they are account services for my CC and can reduce my rate to 6.25%. Touch 1 to talk to someone that can help or touch 9 to take off call list. I touched 9, but still blocked number.
They called a little while ago with the options press 1 to speak to an agent or 9 to be placed on a do not call list. I hit 9 and an agent picked up. As I was telling him to take me off the list, he hung up. I question how legit the option of being placed on a do not call alert for them is adhered to. Within 5 minutes I received a similar call from a different phone number.
