I have had a very positive experience with Advance America. The The staff there is very friendly and really try to establish a customer relationship. I have had nothing but courteousness while they have been straightforward (businesslike). The staff was straightforward and advised me of all of my rights and their policies. I enjoyed Mildred and her staff and my experience at Advance America in Miami ,FL has been nothing but pleasant.
Poor Norma Brown is so very simplistic that she doesn't even realize when she's been taken advantage of financially. Some people, regardless of age, should have a guardian over their financial matters.
