Also received a call from this number claiming to be IRS audit dept and I was delinquent and a law suit was being filed against me. They said I shoud call back. Probably want me to give them my SSN so they could "look up my case". We all know the IRS doesn't call, they snail mail a notice. Will report this to the proper authorities!
Left a message on my answering machine. Claimed to be the Tax Audit Dept at the IRS informing me they'd received a legal petition against my name. I should call them back before it goes to federal claims court or I get arrested.

Caution, 786-467-0578 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.
