2 calls from this number with Miami FL caller ID. 1st call man with very strong west Asia (India/Pakistan?) accent asked if I was in pain, having pain issues with back, neck, shoulders. I do have significant pain issues I couldn't determine if this call had something to do with one of my insurance companies or medical providers, but seamed to probably be a coincidence and that this was 'spam' call. 2nd call about 24 hours later when I answered line was dead or computer was having finishing connecting answered call to live 'sales(?)' representative.

3 days ago I received a call from this number. I answered, being that I know many people in Miami. Of course there was nobody on the other side of the line! This morning I got the second call from this number, which I ignored.
Got the call today at 2:17 PM, I answered it and the caller, in a heavy accent said "This is Jack with EZ Healthcare"...I m sure it was not Jack with EZ Healthcare because I recognized the voice. There was a "hot room going on in the background, other operators making other nuisance calls... Jack be nimble Jack be quick and you know I'd like to tell jack what to do on that candle shtick ..... but I just went "click"
