Obamacare spam in Spanish

Saw in another site that it is a sales call for OBAMACARE or the mandatory Affordable Care Program.
Received a few of these calls and they never leave a msg.  I do not usually answer calls from numbers I do not recognize and will call back if an identifying message is left.  No known number/no message it is SPAM.  BTW my phone number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but they still call....
