Even though my ad said LOCAL and CASH ONLY, they sent this text: "Thanks for your reply,i want you to consider it sold to me because I am quite comfortable with the condition.I will add $50 to the purchase price for you to hold it for me,It will take 2 days for the payment(CHECK) to get to you,as for delivery, I will make arrangements for the pick-up after you have received payment and it has cleared your account,If this meets your approval,Please provide your Full Name and Address so I can have my assistant get the Check ready...Thanks and God Bless!"
