Saying thats law enforcement

Asking me for my lawyers information,  with a heavy accent while talking..very persistent,  saying i was getting a letter soon from law enforcement

Man with dept of treasury saying I owe thousands of taxes and he threatened me with prison time. Scam.

They left a message stating they are from the department of treasury trying to get a hold of me with a concern regarding my name. This past Thursday I had someone call me asking to get a hold of my lawyer because there was fraud on my taxes and that I owe almost $5000, he was rude to me yelling at me calling me a criminal and threatening me with prison.
