Who called from 7865096471

I believe it is a scam thing as well for car warranty.  I don't own a car and I've never lived in Florida so it's very suspicious that they would call me this frequent .

They just called me a few minutes ago too. I don't live in Florida and I don't own a car either. It's very suspicious

I also received a call from this number yesterday, Dec 2 2016. It is a scam! I don't live in Florida and I don't have an expiring auto warranty issue. I think they are also calling from Texas and Washington DC for the same scam. Ignore the calls.
