This Ms. Washington called my brother's home whom I have never lived with and then when I checked my answering machine, this lady was on it asking me to call as they are about to send paperwork to court and I would have no out. I returned the call and waited 10 minutes for her to answer.l I have her the account number she had assigned to this case and she asked if I was who I was, if my last 4 digits of my social was correct which it was and then asked if my bank last 4 numbers were and they were correct, then she said I owe Payday Loan thousands of dollars from November, 2009 and I told her I didn't as they would have taken it out of my account and they have never contacted me at work or home and she asked if I had worked at this place also when she was verifying my information.
She said that I needed to provide a bank statement from that time period to prove what I said and to fax her at 1-7865133859?
I will be checking with my bank to make sure no funny stuff goes on in my account.
