Called and left no message during my lunch hour

Called my cell phone.  I answered right away and heard a "beep" and then dead air.  Obviously a Spam call.  I can't figure these dumbasses out.  What is it they want?

They just called me, no message. THEY WOKE ME UP ~!!!!1!

Didn't answer. Looked this up and called number from landline. Got recording saying call cannot go through. This is a scam number. Likely phishing of some type.

Unknown, left no message, but it looks like was a spam call since 4 of these reports are within hours of each other
