WE NOTIFIED OUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. HE IS FORIEGN....USES THE NAMES JIM MORGAN, JIM JONES, MIKE SMITH.
Man claiming to be mike johnson called my mobile and work threatening to issue 3 warrants for my arrest but wouldn't say for what.......I am POSITIVE I haven't committed any crimes.....

Same type of message regarding "a case pending". Asked for case number and what county it was filed in. Unable to provide it to me and stated "it is going to be filed". Asked "how do you have a case number then?" I work for the state of Texas and this a___ made the mistake of calling my state issued line which has recording ability. Fight back at their own game by asking a lot of questions. Case number, address, tax ID of their company, attorney license number, names, ask them to provide you with "charge". We are smarter than to fall for this stuff! There is no "debtors" jail. There is no "don't pay your credit card jail". Failure to pay something is a civil issue...NOT CRIMINAL. Don't give them ANY personal information. Let them know you are recordning their call as well.
Got the same call for the past week on cell and at work, Indian sounding man named Curtis jackson(which by the way is 50 cents real name), called right back and the same guy answered and said Curtis was his paralegal. Then after several questions from me proceeded to hang up.
