Your telephone carriers will also refuse to block the harassing calls even if you're paying additional fees to allegedly stop the calls. Nothing more than an orchestrated effort to collect as much information from you to turn over to the government in violation of your constitutional rights. Google, myspace, facebook, twitter, onstar, gps, all provide everything to the government willy nilly without as much as a written request or court order. All information is automatically and systematically turned over for what? More importantly, the people violating your constitutional rights don't want theirs violated. This is not about conspiracy theories this is fact.
