Who called from 7865308865

I picked up and heard no one. I called back and I got 'Hi...this is Paula"....

Called my cell phone too, no msg left, assuming non-human, blocking the #

caller ID showed  "MIAMI.FL". I did not recognize number so I did not answer. No message left. Due to the number of calls received above it must be a scam.

I got a call from this number today and it went to voicemail. No message left, so it's probably a scammer.

just got a call from this number showed Miami FL ..answered no one there..another one to block.
