I received a call from this number and I did take out a loan with cashnetusa BUT I filed Ch 7 with them on it, 8 years ago, and now I am now in a Ch 13. They need to call cashnetusa. They are calling my job asking for my supervisor. I told him this was my job number and not to call. Once you tell them that. They are not suppose to call that number again. He said he will keep calling my job number. I need to know who to report this to.
I got a call from this number saying they are taking legal action from a payday loan I supposedly took out in 2013. I never took one out and the only loans I have are school loans. Very annoyed! Called the officer I spoke to before about a scam like this I had before and she said not to worry. They will report it. Stupid scammers.
Called the first time under 512-433-9341, telling me I have papers to be served and they need to speak with my manager. Told her that this was my job and not to call again. Hung up. She called again under 315-789-9672, with the same results. Hung up again. She called back using 217-398-9544, and connection was so bad, I really couldn't understand her. Told her the same thing again and hung up. Called back for fourth time under 718-783-8996, insistent on speaking with my manager. I told her that my manager was not here and that if they had paperwork on me to go ahead and serve me. I wanted the information in writing and she stated they had already notified me in writing (NOT!). Finally took her name, (Jenny Cooper) and a contact number 786-567-3104 and hung up again. No more calls yet. How can one company have 5 different numbers complete with different area codes? That tells me it is a scam right there.
