. Do not send this person money. He will promise you the world just to take your money for a house he doesn't even own. Its a HUGE scam. My wife and two very young children are out on the streets after this person stole 1100 dollars from us. Trust me its not the deal you think it is
Same here for a rental property in Annapolis, Maryland. He claimed to be the record owner of the property (which the name matches the tax records) and wanted $500 for the keys to see it since he lives out of state.
This guy is one hell of a scam artist. Do not give him any money or you will never see it again. I scam baited him to the point he confessed. What a freaking [***] hat. I wish there was more that could be done and people could be more aware of these crimes. Never give money to someone who refuses to meet you in person. Such a disgrace to human life... stealing money from people who need it.
