TOTAL SCAM -- they tell you they have a buyer for your timeshare, they send you an offer letter with a very good offer (well above what you paid for it), they then set you up with First Closing Management Services (www.firstclosingmanagementservices.com) out of Santa Ana, CA (657-900-4073) who they say will handle all the paperwork (and they start contacting you and sending you stuff to review, sign and send back), they say they will do all the necessary communications between you and the Resort -- "no need for you to do that" (of course they don't want you to contact the resort -- you will find out it is a scam), they then finally get around to telling you that you need to wire a bank in Mexico a certain amount of $ ($ they say will be reimbursed to you at closing from funds the buyer has agreed to put up above and beyond the agreed-upon selling cost -- covers the cost levied by the Resort to transfer your membership and a 15% Foreign Investment fee since the timeshare is in a foreign country as is the buyer), and that is where we stopped our interaction. By the way -- the web address for their organization -- Trade My Timeshare, is www.trademytimeshare.co -- note that this URL is registered in Colombia -- probably so they can try and avoid prosecution by US authorities (but the office address they list is 8280 NW 27th Street, Suite 212, Miami, FL, 33112 -- hmmm, wonder what a person would find if he/she actually went to Suite 212 at that address? Whatever -- don't fall for their smooth talking and ceaseless phone calls. If you want to sell your timeshare, find a reputable organization and you make the initial contact.
They took my money and never did good on their promises. They are just con artist that will try to steal your funds. Do not trust them at all, they are thieves!
