They call our business and say "can I speak with an owner?" The caller doesn't provide any details. When I offer to take message the caller hangs up. They have called several times over the past few weeks.

They called and said "Hello, Bill". I replied how can I help you. The foreign sounding woman that was very difficult to understand wouldn't say anything. I told her to talk so I could find out the reason for the call and she said nothing. So I hung up on her.
I tried calling the number on the called ID and they answered. Another foreign sounding person answered that I could understand. He said they are RF or RCF and it is about a business loan. I told them to take me off their list.
Getting many calls a day asking to speak with the business owner, thick accent. I tell them the owner isn't in at this time can I take a message? They say no they will try back later. Have register this number on do not call list but the still get thru. :(
